Corporate Tax Certificate

Corporate Tax Domicile Certificate (Tax Resident Certificate) is a document issued by the Ministry of Finance in the UAE to the UAE entities and is given for those countries who signed the agreement of double-taxation avoidance on income with the UAE.

Tax Domicile Certificate will be issued for a particular country where it will be presented.

This document can be presented in your home country or 3rd country to protect you from the double-taxation and confirm your tax residency in the UAE.
